Terms Of Service

Payment is currently through PayPal or CashApp only.I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE A COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON.THAT INCLUDES CUSTOMER RUDENESS AND ATTEMPTS TO BYPASS THE TERMS OF SERVICE.IF ISSUES PERSIST I WILL BAN YOU FROM PURCHASING COMMISSIONS FROM ME.Any art made by me for you must be credited as made by me and can not be turned into an NFT or used in AI datasets.I keep the rights to the artwork for use in examples and portfolios, however this does not mean I have rights to the characters in the art unless they are my own.You have the rights to use the artwork in personal use, however you may not alter the artwork into something NSFW, pedophilic/incest, or hateful (such as homophobia). You also shouldn't remove my signature if one is present.I have 3 payment plans:The full plan is only available for commissions that are $25 and under. The customer can pay one time in full due to the smaller price. The art will not be started until the payment is sent.The 50% plan is available for all and is the default plan. 50% of payment is required before I start, the other 50% being paid once the art is finished. Everything sent will be watermarked until full payment is sent.The 25% plan is only available for 'full' commissions (a commission that goes through sketch, lines, color, and shading stages). Please ask if it is available for your commission. A 25% payment is requested for each stage of the drawing as they're complete. I will not continue to the next stage until payment is sent. In the case payments need to be stop, the customer will receive the art at the stage it's currently at.(Example: Customer requests to stop payment at the colored stage, I give the customer the colored piece without any shading.)I will not accept refund requests after the sketch is approved. The unwatermarked piece will only be provided once the final payment is made. If for some reason I'm unable to finish your commission I will offer a refund.3 big changes can be made to the sketch for free, after that a $5(USD) fee will be for each big change. Small changes will not be charged.
